This section contains a number of photo essays, each developed around a particular theme.
The essays were originally presented on Flickr with one image uploaded each day over a five-day period and then the series was summarised here, on my blog, at the end of week.
In the end, I felt that Flickr did not lend itself very well to this approach so I discontinued the practice; but I have preserved the essays here.
